Date Change Policy
- If you need to change the date of your event, we will do our best to accommodate your request provided that the new date is available. Please notify us as soon as possible to check the availability of your preferred date. Date changes are subject to our confirmation and availability.

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your event more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total service cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are not eligible for any refund.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@exclusivedelights.com or through our official communication channels.

Exclusive Delights' Right to Cancel
- Exclusive Delights reserves the right to cancel the service for any reason we deem fit. If we exercise this right, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative solution. If we are unable to provide the service due to the above reason, a refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
- If Exclusive Delights is unable to service the event for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety of our staff or machines, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, and these reasons are not due to any fault of Exclusive Delights, we will not provide any refund. We will, however, work with you to find an alternative solution where possible.
